Data transparency for handling tasks
At Schmalz, everything at Automatica revolves around intelligent automation. The vacuum expert is presenting the ECBPi electric vacuum generator, which works without compressed air and is suitable for handling tasks in mobile robotics.
Equipped with an IO-Link interface, the vacuum generator sends process data to the fieldbus system or the cloud so that it can be analyzed. An NFC (Near Field Communication) interface enables communication with mobile devices such as tablet PCs or smartphones.
