Up to 1,200 kg lifting capacity
The company Aero-Lift Vakuumtechnik from Binsdorf in Baden-Württemberg has a new generation of vacuum lifting devices in its range.
The new developments include an intelligent warning device, a built-in automatic power-saving function and safety spiral hoses that prevent the cables from becoming entangled when turning or moving the appliance. LED lamps and symbols on the aluminum-look plastic housing also provide information about the operational readiness. Two vacuum pumps are integrated in the housing box for dust protection. If one pump fails, the other takes over and backs up.
The new vacuum lifting devices from Aero-Lift are available in versions with a lifting capacity of up to 1,200 kg. This allows heavy and large sheets to be moved or separated using the generated vacuum without any effort. The suction plates in articulated and double-sprung design ensure a cushioned, soft touchdown and lifting even under load.
