ESG Automatisierungstechnik is presenting the new Sumo Europlex at Motek.
This is a complete solution for the provision and storage of components on Euro pallets measuring 1,200 mm × 800 mm. The autonomy is two, optionally four pallets. Including the robot, the space requirement is around 3 m².
Depending on the version, the robot handles workpieces with a load capacity of up to 88 kg and a reach of up to 2.5 m. The maximum load capacity of the pallet is 500 kg. The palletizing unit can be loaded using a standard industrial truck.
Workpiece-specific gripping tools, the interface to the machine and sequence programming are included as standard.
