Simplified assembly processes with laser projectors
With the TracerM laser projector from Faro, assembly and production processes can be controlled quickly, accurately and easily.
It is also possible to control entire production processes. The TracerM projects a laser line onto the surface of three-dimensional objects, creating a virtual, visible template. The template is created with the help of a 3D CAD model. Employees are guided through the assembly process and can follow the steps that are displayed to them. This reduces errors, rejects, deviations and reworking.
The virtual laser template can be updated at any time. The projections have a range of 1.8 to 15 m. Several projectors can be combined for larger dimensions.
