Kuka Remote Service offers rapid assistance in the event of machine downtime. In the event of technical problems, service technicians are available online and, for Remote Service contract customers, with guaranteed response times.

The Kuka RemoteService helps at any time

In most cases, the experts only need to look at the system status and existing messages to identify and rectify the fault. The system is connected to a connectivity box via Ethernet and this is connected to the Internet. If no LAN is available, the box can be equipped with a UMTS data card via a USB stick. It is installed as standard on every new system.

If necessary, the Kuka expert can access the machine data of all system parts after approval by the customer. A secure VPN connection with end-to-end encryption protects against unwanted external access. The advantages of Remote Service are faster response times, less downtime and simpler maintenance and servicing. The ability to intervene more quickly saves time and therefore costs. am
