Premiere of a new series of pneumatic hoists
J.D. Neuhaus is presenting the new mini series of its pneumatic hoists at LogiMat. Among other things, the series is characterized by an integrated NFC sensor with service app. Particular emphasis was placed on reducing the total cost of ownership.
Reliable processes in the production sequence contribute to the increase in efficiency, which is achieved by increasing the service life at 100% duty cycle. Together with the optimized overall efficiency, availability can be achieved around the clock. Furthermore, simple and fast maintenance ensures an additional increase in efficiency. The lifting and lowering speeds can also be adapted to individual customer requirements and the lifting and lowering speeds can be regulated sensitively and continuously.
Compared to the previous model, JDN has been able to increase the maximum speed under full load by 20% for selected load capacities. The advantages of direct and indirect control have been successfully combined, and the operator can lift and set down loads almost jerk-free. More flexible control cables, which are bundled in a hose, ensure greater operating comfort.
Thanks to the NFC chip, the operator has access to device-specific data and documents using a smartphone on which the JDN service app is loaded. Redundant fall protection is available as an option. Should the higher-level, on-site structure on which the hoist is mounted fail, this prevents the hoist and its load from falling. The new limit switches switch off the lifting and lowering movement as soon as the buffer touches the shut-off valve. The series consists of four types with load capacities of 125 kg, 250 kg, 500 kg and 980 kg. am
