Secure technology available worldwide
NTSecureGateway, a ready-to-install solution from NewTec for flexible and encrypted networking in the field of industrial automation, is now FCC-certified. This means that manufacturers worldwide can now network their machines securely and protected against cyber attacks and connect them to the cloud.
The NTSecureGateway enables secure data transfer between production sites and the cloud. Devices and machines can be connected via numerous interfaces such as CAN bus, BLE, RS485/MODbus, 4-20mA/0-10V or Ethernet. The connection to the cloud is possible via Ethernet or wirelessly, for example via NarrowBand IoT, LoRa or LTE. The gateway is part of NTSecureCloudSolutions - a package of solutions and services for secure applications in the cloud environment.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification was granted following independent testing by an FCC-accredited laboratory. It is required for the import and operation of all devices with wireless technologies in the United States and now offers machine manufacturers and production companies legal certainty when equipping their devices with the NTSecureGateway.
