System concepts for embedded technologies
With new Bluetooth standards, IoT and 5G applications
The focus of Rutronik Electronic Components' appearance at Embedded World from February 25 to 27 in Nuremberg will be on new Bluetooth standards, IoT and 5G applications and display technologies.
Rutronik Embedded offers visitors system concepts ranging from networked sensor nodes and gateways to customized display adaptations. Robustness and long-term availability are the top priorities for displays, storage media and embedded boards. Rutronik will also be presenting various exhibits for the metering, medical and transportation markets as well as solutions for harsh industrial applications at the embedded trade fair.
"This year, we will be focusing on Bluetooth energy harvesting, the latest BLE standards, WLAN short-range technologies, IoT mobile communications standards, 5G as well as TFTs, OLEDS, e-paper and passive LCDs," explains Vincenzo Santoro, Product Area Manager Displays & Monitors at Rutronik.
Rutronik will also be showcasing data logging applications as well as antennas, boards and storage media at its stand. As in 2018, Rutronik partner PBV Kaufmann will be represented at the stand, this time with a blockchain/handycash application. The manufacturers 2J, Apacer, AVX, Chinmore, Intel, Kontron, Molex, Pulse, Swissbit and Yageo will also be represented with demos.
