Hanover Fair
Robust computer solutions and an autonomous robot dog
Getac, provider of computer solutions, is once again presenting innovative technologies for industrial applications at this year's Hannover Messe. Getac has several robust new products in its luggage. Visitors to the Getac stand in Hall 15, Stand G41 will also be greeted by "Spot", an innovative four-legged robot.
The new computer solutions from Getac are designed for demanding applications in industry. The B360 laptop is suitable for asset management or predictive maintenance; the Getac tablet solutions, such as the ZX10 or F110, are the perfect basis for tasks in production, maintenance and intralogistics. Another new product will be presented at the Hannover Messe. In addition to the new products, Getac will be showing special software, such as Driving Safety Utility, and other accessories that complement the laptops and tablets via Getac Select.
Under the motto "Discover the Power of Getac's Total Solutions for Industry 4.0", Getac will be showcasing several solutions for demanding industrial applications from its eco-system partners at HMI 2023. For example, Nimmsta back-of-hand scanners for efficient scanning processes, solutions for autonomous and repetitive plant monitoring from Energy Robotics or supplementary components for Getac computer solutions such as dockings etc., for example from Havis, Gamber Johnson or Infocase.
Live at the Getac stand: Spot, the autonomous "robot dog"
A real trade fair highlight is "Spot", a four-legged mobile robot that enables users to carry out hazardous tasks such as plant monitoring in hazardous areas autonomously with the help of Energy Robotics' end-to-end software platform. Spot is equipped with a wide range of cameras, sensors etc., reads measured values and collects data.
"With our Total Solutions concept, we are now offering qualified, robust complete solutions with our partners and are looking forward to presenting them at Hannover Messe 2023," explains Amanda Ward, EMEA Director Product & Solutions.
