Queries without disturbing
In line with Industry 4.0, the Sigmatek PC 521 can retrieve data and parameters from machine systems and store them locally without affecting ongoing operation.
As an option, the compact computer can be used as an IoT gateway for an efficient connection to MES, Fog and cloud solutions. Equipped with a four-core CPU, the PC actively accesses data in the machine or system and stores all information locally on the SSD. Up to eight GB of DDR RAM provide sufficient buffer for processing large amounts of data. Connection to a cloud platform, such as Microsoft Azure, can be implemented with the PC 521. In this case, the computer enables all data to be filtered according to individual specifications using edge computing so that only relevant information is forwarded to the cloud. The PC is supplied with Windows 10 IoT as standard. Various interfaces make the PC 521 universally applicable. pb
