Comtrol, a provider of Ethernet-based industrial communication and IO-Link master gateways, is established on the market with the Rocketport product family, among others. Comtrol's technologies are intended to complement Pepperl+Fuchs' sensor and communication solutions such as Sensorik4.0, AS-Interface, IO-Link and Connectivity. By expanding its portfolio of Ethernet network modules and fieldbus modules, the company is taking the next step towards Industry 4.0: more solutions are now available that close the gap between the sensor/actuator and control level all the way to the cloud.

"With an expanded IO-Link portfolio, we can support our customers even better in making the communication of their industrial networks more efficient and flexible, thereby driving the development of their digital business processes," says Reiner Müller, Head of Factory Automation at Pepperl+Fuchs. as
