Production at Sodastream is carried out using 6,000 units, including plastic injection molding and assembly machines as well as metal processing equipment. The company wanted to improve the availability of production facilities and machines as well as service and response times for maintenance while reducing costs. In the end, it opted for Infor CloudSuite EAM, which was implemented by GIV Solutions.

The system is deeply integrated into Sodastream's ERP system and the production level control systems. This means that the life cycle of all systems can be fully managed. It has helpful functions for use with mobile devices. Technicians and engineers with specific expertise have the means to quickly find solutions to specific problems.

In parallel, live tracking of manufacturer warranties and service level agreements means that any exceptions can be flagged in the system in real time to maximize equipment performance and minimize costs.
