Communicate and check

Kistler's maxymos 1.7 makes the maxymos NC (joining systems) and maxymos TL (force-displacement monitoring, torque measurement) process monitoring systems OPC UA-capable.

This makes it easier to connect the systems to machine control systems and communicate with higher-level control systems. The Swiss measurement technology experts will also be showcasing the mobile testing system certest at Motek. The battery-operated testing device can be used directly on the assembly line. It tests torque tools up to 500 Newton meters quickly, precisely and in compliance with standards. Up to four different, electro-hydraulically controlled tightening simulators as well as any number of external tightening simulators up to 6,000 Newton meters can be accommodated on the certest work surface. Thanks to the built-in sensors from Kistler, a measurement uncertainty of less than one percent is achieved. as
