Intel Realsense product suite
Machine sees in three dimensions
In Hanover, Framos will be providing information on advances in machine vision, 3D technology and embedded vision as well as showcasing industry-specific solutions. The Intel Realsense product suite, for example, offers simple integration of 3D technology into machines.
Robots and other devices are equipped with almost human senses and the ability to see, understand and interact and can learn from this. The technology enables a machine to perceive its environment in three dimensions and interact with it. Passive or active control systems such as contactless control via eye-tracking or gesture and face recognition thus enable a completely new class of products, automation processes, monitoring functions as well as safety and industrial solutions. Another highlight will be the industrial camera series from Smartek-Vision, which offers high performance with new sensors via USB 3.0 or GigE Vision in a small, robust housing and is also available as a board-level version. The products are suitable for embedded vision, and a modular camera concept also enables individual adaptation to almost any requirement. as
