OnCumulus gives customers the ability to leverage data from all systems and across all assets company-wide, helping to optimize reliability and achieve production goals and savings, ultimately improving the bottom line.

The IIoT platform OnCumulus.Platform serves as a data hub for data from various sources, such as systems, machines or devices. Customers can use a central data platform from which they can manage their digitalization projects. OnCumulus.Platform is open source-based and meets the highest technical standards. The cloud not only provides fast, reliable and secure access to data from machines and systems on site, but also timely data provision for the value chain. The platform is flexibly adaptable and can be expanded at any time.

With OnCumulus, Voith offers an IIoT platform that meets the highest requirements for data protection, security and compliance with industry standards and best practices, including CSA, NIST and OWASP. End-to-end security is guaranteed throughout the entire life cycle of the data. Customers retain full control over their data in every possible usage scenario and define data access themselves. Voith also supports local control of data by providing data centers in every region.

The first step towards analysis

In addition to the IIoT platform, the OnCumulus.Suite offering already opens up initial opportunities to benefit from the intelligence of the data: By pre-structuring the available data with the help of visualization and analysis functions, customers can use the first elementary, easy-to-use tools such as Information Flow, Monitoring and Alarming as well as Analysis. This enables companies to access their data almost in real time and take the first step towards optimizing work processes via role-based dashboards.

In addition to OnCumulus.Suite, Voith is also presenting the first cloud-based applications for the existing Onefficiency and Oncare product families: Onefficiency.Pulp, Onefficiency.Strength, Onefficiency.DIP, Onefficiency.Dewatering and Oncare.Asset. Onefficiency applications support customers in optimizing processes, while Oncare focuses on the availability of assets.

With the help of the applications on the same cloud-based technical platform, customers benefit from the cross-location and cross-application consolidation of information and data. This allows them to use previously untapped correlation possibilities for further insights and transparency. External information such as raw material prices, weather data or connections to web stores or warehouses can be easily integrated and linked to existing operating data.

By combining OnCumulus.suite with the new cloud-based applications for the industry-proven solutions, customers not only gain advantages by increasing efficiency, productivity and quality throughout the entire production chain, but also gain new, additional opportunities. as
