Turck: Frohnhaus goes, Göddertz comes
Guido Frohnhaus will relinquish his position as Managing Director of Turck Holding and Werner Turck and leave the Turck Group at his own request at the end of February 2019.
The Advisory Board, in consultation with the shareholders, will appoint a successor to the Management Board in the course of the year. Joachim Göddertz has taken over the management of the company on an interim basis for the transitional period.
"With Joachim Göddertz, we have gained an experienced managing director and proven automation expert who will help us with his know-how in the upcoming restructuring of the technology division in the Turck Group," commented Hans Sondermann, Chairman of the Advisory Board of Turck Holding, on this personnel change.
Joachim Göddertz, together with the two Managing Directors Christian Wolf (Sales & Marketing) and Christian Pauli (Finance, IT & Human Resources), will continue to prepare the company for the challenges associated with increasing industrial digitalization this year, it said. as
