Evochain energy chain series

The features of the MP 420 Evochain include the time-saving Evolock frame stay locking system, the Evorack shelf support system that can be opened on both sides, the Evocontrol sliding shoe with wear control system and the wear-free, replaceable Evoshox damping shoe. The product features include two noise damping systems in the side link, a flexible shelving system, an assembly plan with letter marking, a cable-friendly interior, side links with a large undercut and two optional holder systems for the external attachment of energy packs.

The frame stays of the chain are quickly fitted thanks to the time-saving frame stay locking system. Even if the energy chain is guided in a discharge trough, it can be opened and closed quickly with Evolock. The energy chain does not have to be taken out of the deposit tray and the glide shoes removed. The frame stays can also be opened with glide shoes fitted in the inner bend or with damping shoes in the outer bend.

With the additional Evocontrol wear monitoring system, the timely replacement of the service life-extending glide shoes is indicated. This simplifies and speeds up maintenance checks. The replaceable Evoshox external damper can also be retrofitted to the side links in the outer bend. In combination with the Evosilence internal damper, it reduces noise by 25 dB(A) to 48 dB(A).
