Automationware is an Italian manufacturer of linear axes and electric actuators based in Venice with a focus on mechatronic applications. With AwareVu, the company also offers a patent-pending diagnostic system that provides a predictive overview of possible failures.
This is possible thanks to the integrated electronics in Automationware's mechatronic components. Production interruptions can be almost completely eliminated thanks to real-time FFT (Fast Fourier Transformation) diagnostics. AwareVu can be connected to higher control levels via WLAN or USB and transmit information on temperature and vibrations. The data can be displayed directly on any Android or IOS device.
Maintenance can check parametric data on the screen and define limits for maximum frequencies, signal intensity (vibrations) or temperature to prevent production downtime due to mechanical problems. AwareVu can be installed in any Automationware linear axis, actuator or mini-scara of the Pick&Place systems. as
