New accessories for standard corrugated pipes
Manufacturer Fränkische Industrial Pipes is expanding its range with three new components for cable protection.
The Fiplock BHPA mounting half-shells ensure that corrugated pipes are properly secured in drilled mounting frames or clamps. If the frames are clamped together or clamps are used, the new half-shells protect the pipes on the inside: they prevent them from being crushed and thus damaged.
The hinged Fiplock BSPA system holder ensures order and structure in industrial cable protection. The robust and stackable corrugated conduit fastener holds one Fiplock standard corrugated conduit at a time. The plastic conduit is fixed in an axial direction, but remains radially rotatable even when mounted.
Robotics is the preferred area of application for the Fiplock PAPA connecting sleeve: the abrasion protection can be retrofitted to dynamically moving corrugated pipes - especially at highly stressed points where the strong frictional effect would accelerate the wear of the corrugated pipes. The Fiplock joint also connects standard corrugated pipes with fine and coarse profiles in various nominal widths. This means that torsional loads on the pipes can be avoided in dynamic applications. dsc
