Twenty minutes - that's all it takes to network a machine with Axoom. Machines can be given location-independent condition monitoring in no time at all, they can be serviced proactively and the production process is simplified thanks to transparency in logistics.

Users benefit from the platform's openness and ease of use. Machines and sensors from different manufacturers can be brought together and existing software systems can be connected across multiple locations. "Axoom enables fast, simple and manufacturer-independent networking of machines, sensors and components, which sets it apart from the market," says Tom Tischner, Managing Director at Axoom. The platform is geared towards a company's entire production process. From incoming orders to delivery, Axoom networks important production processes. "We combine data from different systems and derive recommendations for action for production. This enables our customers to speed up their production processes, focus on their core competencies and ultimately improve their competitiveness," says Tischner.

Consulting from strategy to implementation

Founded in 2015, the company now has around 100 employees. Its customers include well-known companies from the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering and the electrical industry. Tischner: "We benefit from the manufacturing experience of our founding company Trumpf. We understand the requirements of mechanical engineers and other industrial companies and can respond to the needs of the respective industry." Axoom advises customers from the digital strategy to the development of possible application examples and their implementation.
