Secure processes and availability

With KSS-Online 4.0, the lubrication specialist Bantleon offers a digital fluid logistics management tool of the latest generation. The machine is identified via a 14-digit barcode, fed with all specific information such as target values, fluid designation, filling volume, cost centers, responsible employees and hazard warnings.

KSS-online 4.0 also enables the provision of accompanying information such as work and operating instructions or safety data sheets. © Hermann Bantleon

All data is recorded via a PDA. Data is transferred in real time via a Bantleon server to authorized recipients. The database is versatile, variable and can be customized. Each machine is assigned a predefined performance catalog from which appropriate measures and actions can be derived. Information, messages about tolerance deviations and necessary measures are reported automatically. KSS-online 4.0 also enables the provision of accompanying information such as work and operating instructions or safety data sheets.
