New AI-based code reader
With the DMR4XX line, IOSS has launched an intelligent code reader that enables maximum process reliability by automatically adapting the reading strategy.
The reader's reading strategy improves continuously during the process; the more codes are read, the more strategies the integrated software generates or optimizes completely independently. This makes the system insensitive to possible process fluctuations and eliminates the need for constant adjustment and the associated costs.
The automatic optimization of the reading process results in very high process reliability, even in difficult environments. Of course, IOSS' own highly efficient decoding algorithms are also used here for all marking processes.
The readers can be easily set up to meet individual requirements and the various interfaces, such as Profinet, facilitate integration into systems. They are available in various technical versions, such as different sensor resolutions, lenses and illumination colors. The reading systems can be used for all data matrix codes in industrial sectors such as automotive, semiconductors, logistics and automation.
