The 2500 series 3D smart sensors are the fastest, most innovative and most compact line profile sensors in the Gocator range. The Gocator 3504 is the 3D snapshot sensor with the highest XY resolution currently available on the market. Gomax can accelerate any Gocator by adding massive GPU-driven data processing power to the sensor or sensor network. The Gocator family of 3D measurement sensors are characterized by their integrated 3D processing and measurement capabilities, with no need for additional controllers or PCs. The new Gocator models are housed in compact, IP67-rated enclosures, making them suitable for applications where space is at a premium. The Gocator 2500 series has been specially developed for high-speed 3D inspection of small parts such as electronic components. A new three-megapixel high-speed sensor and customized megapixel optics offer X and Z resolutions in the micrometer range at significantly higher production speeds of up to ten kilohertz. The self-contained Gocator 2500 series with blue laser and optics ensures optimum performance when inspecting challenging reflective surfaces, such as those commonly found in consumer electronics. pb
