Labeling systems

With the Innoket Roland 40, KHS has launched a compact labeling machine onto the market. The little brother of the Innoket Neo covers the output range from 2,500 to 25,000 containers per hour and is therefore suitable for the requirements of the food industry.

The Innoket Roland 40 can be equipped with different labeling stations. In the standard version, the machine is equipped with two cold glue stations. This enables the first station, for example, to apply breast and neck labels on two levels, while the second station applies the back labels to the bottles. Alternatively, self-adhesive stations, combinations of cold glue and self-adhesive technology as well as hot melt glue are possible as labeling methods.

Inside the Innoket Roland 40 there are also components from the Innoket Neo, which is well established in the high-performance sector. These include the rotor, infeed and discharge stars, folding doors, superstructure, guide and format parts and, in the case of the cold gluing station, the gripper cylinder and label box. Also adopted and integrated: the Innoket Neo's servo screw for a gentle bottle stop. as
