Labeling continuous pallets in continuous operation
With the Legi-Air 4050 E2A, the labeling provider Bluhm Systeme has launched a new pallet labeler onto the market.
The device comes from the Legi-Air 4050 E label pressure dispenser series and labels pallets on both sides, either in continuous or stopped mode. Thanks to the robust applicator design, the maintenance-free system is suitable for continuous operation. When labeling continuous pallets, it achieves speeds of up to 420 units per hour with double-sided labeling, which corresponds to seven pallets per minute.
The maximum conveyor belt speed may be 18 m/min. The stamp plate is suitable for pallet labels in the sizes DIN A6 to A5. It has two specially protected sensors and narrow rollers mounted on the side, which ensure that the dispensing stamp can unroll gently when touched. This prevents the stamp from jamming, for example when labeling wrapped pallets.
