Inkjet printing system
Labeling in white
V7 is a high-resolution inkjet printing system based on piezo technology for real-time marking on moving or stationary objects with white, highly pigmented UV LED ink.
Equipped with a UV LED unit, the manufacturer Gruber claims that marking is possible on both absorbent and non-absorbent substrate surfaces such as plastics or films, as the UV ink is dry and cured immediately after printing. The system also has a recirculation unit so that the highly pigmented ink remains in continuous motion and individual pigments cannot settle or deposit in the print head. This reduces service times to a minimum and increases availability.
The touchscreen controller can control multiple print heads for greater print heights; grayscale can be displayed. A print head can print up to 50 millimetres high, which is possible at a constant speed of up to 50 meters per minute with a resolution of 300 dpi (native) in top quality - both from the side and from above. as
