Fully automatic labeling
Every industry places specific demands on labeling. Whether an object is at rest or being moved on a conveyor belt at the time of labeling also plays a role.
The cab printing systems Hermes Q and Squix can be individually combined with applicators or a robot arm with print pad. The modular concept makes labeling flexible. If the object to be labeled or the label changes, the applicator can be replaced in a few simple steps. Depending on the applicator selected, there are various options for applying labels after they have been printed on a surface. Depending on the size or consistency of the object, cab provides transfer units that are universally or specially spring-loaded, damped or with a label stop. Or: Labels are applied to an object by rolling onto it during transportation. Blowing with compressed air is also possible; labels can be shot up to 20 centimetres through the air before they land unerringly on the object and stick there.
