Push-in fittings with fewer individual parts
ITV offers the Ipso push-in fitting. The fitting contains the Ipso stainless steel collet, a shaped ring made of NBR and a compression ring. This means that the system requires fewer individual parts than other push-in fittings, which reduces wear.
The collet offers high corrosion and temperature resistance. It also has high dimensional accuracy in production and low wear. The Ipso FKM push-in fitting with fluorocarbon rubber O-rings is suitable for applications with high operating temperatures. Depending on the resistance of the tubing used, temperatures of up to 150 °C are possible here. ITV also develops individual solutions in cooperation with its customers' design departments.
One example of this is a rotary distributor with a central input and four outputs arranged at a 90° angle to each other. The individual positions can be locked into place according to their outputs and rotated infinitely. sw
