A stronger sales focus, a greater market presence and more agile internal processes - these are Michele Burla's most important goals. "I am looking forward to taking on responsibility in a company that is very well positioned in the market and at the same time has great potential for growth. In order to further exploit this potential, we will optimize our sales organization and drive forward the digitalization of the company," says Burla.

The sales expert has previously held various management positions in international companies that sell components in different target markets. For many years, Burla worked in sales for a leading manufacturer of control and automation technology, where he took on the role of Sales Director in 2008. From 2015, he worked as Managing Director for an international pneumatics expert. "During my career, I have gotten to know different management styles and corporate cultures. I was immediately impressed by the family atmosphere at Voss, because cooperation and appreciation are of central importance to me," says Burla, adding: "Achieving our goals depends on the right mix of teamwork and leadership."

Burla's new employer has established itself on the Spanish market as a manufacturer of hydraulic and pneumatic components as well as connection solutions. The portfolio is similar to that in Germany - with a strong focus on ready-to-install hydraulic lines, which are custom-made in Spain. Voss Fluid Spain also acts as a specialist technical distributor, selling high-quality solutions from third-party suppliers in addition to its own products. The company thus offers its customers in-depth expertise in the field of hydraulic applications and the highest level of service on the market.

Michele Burla explains: "I am very much looking forward to this challenge and would like to thank my predecessor José Outumuro for the excellent conditions he created during his 44 years as Managing Director in Spain. I will carry on his philosophy and vision and use this as a basis to further promote the retail business and direct sales with leading OEMs."
