Control system for dedusting systems
The HE 5712 solenoid valve control from Hesch is now also available in a modular version. While the position of the valves determines the location of the control unit in the compact version of the HE 5712, the modular version allows the user to mount the control panel where it is most convenient for him. This means that the control panel can be mounted up to 100 meters away from the control unit. The control unit with its connections remains close to the valves, which reduces the amount of cabling required. The housing of the previous compact version of the HE 5712 has also been modified: It can now be opened without screws, making it quicker to install.
The HE 5712 solenoid valve control unit can be used to control up to eight solenoid valves based on differential pressure or time. The control unit is equipped with an internal pressure sensor (35/90/450 mbar) for differential pressure measurement. The HE 5712 solenoid valve control unit is suitable for valves with 24 V DC and 1 A. It has the inputs start, post-cleaning and release as well as the differential pressure switching thresholds ∆p cleaning, ∆p low alarm, ∆p high alarm and ∆p post-cleaning. cs
