Welding robots

New generation

The ARC Mate 100iD welding robot is the first model of a new ARC Mate generation. The successor to the well-known ARC Mate 100iC/12 is the first in a series of new variants that are now being launched on the market.

Thanks to its dynamics and seamless integration of the welding equipment, the ARC Mate 100iD ensures impressive increases in productivity for the customer, reduced assembly work and lower operating costs (TCO), according to Fanuc. The robot achieves high axis speeds and works precisely. With its long reach, it has a large working area. Due to its compact design, the possibility of ceiling mounting and the backflip working area, it is nevertheless suitable for narrow working areas.

The intermediate hosepack of the welding equipment is guided through the J1 axis; this reduces interfering contours, reduces the installation space, avoids damage and therefore increases availability. Thanks to the optimized mounting space for the wire feeder, the slim robot profile and the small footprint, the ARC Mate 100iD is suitable for compact welding cells and offers the best values in the class up to twelve kilograms payload with relevant properties, says Fanuc. pb
