Robotics expertise at three trade fair stands

At United Robotics Group's stand 310, the focus will be primarily on the inspection and maintenance sector - a fundamental component of many industries and infrastructures. For the first time, the company will be showing concrete application examples here: Using the autonomous, mobile inspection robot RB-Watcher Reality Capture from the Spanish subsidiary Robotnik Automation and the four-legged walking robot Spot from Boston Dynamics, the United Robotics Group will demonstrate the various possible applications live. These smart automation solutions recognize environments, carry out routine checks and monitor rooms and infrastructures in order to minimize risks and maximize safety and availability.

Another highlight at this stand is the presentation of a new mobile platform based on Plato, the first Cobiot from the United Robotics Group. It was launched for the hospitality industry at the end of 2022 and will be shown for the first time for the healthcare sector at VivaTech 2023. With this new concept for the manufacturing, intralogistics and retail sectors, the company is taking a look into the future. The autonomous mobile platform and intelligent indoor navigation system are ideal for tasks such as the agile transportation of goods under human control.

Solutions for logistics, inspection and maintenance

At stand 312, Robotnik Automation, the Spanish subsidiary of the United Robotics Group, will be showcasing parts of its broad product portfolio for the logistics, inspection and maintenance sectors. The leading provider of mobile manipulator technology has extensive expertise in the development of engineering and R&D projects for mobile service robotics. With its technological expertise and particular strengths in arm integration and modular software, Robotnik rounds off the United Robotics Group portfolio.

At the joint VDMA stand 210 'Service Robot City', the United Robotics Group will be presenting its CobiotX portfolio for the hospitality industry and life sciences: the Cobiot Plato and the CobiotX solution uMobileLAB, a CobiotX solution for laboratory automation. The solution, developed jointly with Siemens Healthineers, addresses the challenges of the life science sector. The modular design enables simple and flexible adaptation to the laboratory environment while at the same time taking security and data protection into account.
