Compact welding cells

Yaskawa has expanded its Arcworld portfolio with two compact, turnkey, robot-based arc welding cells. The Arcworld cells combine a Motoman robot, positioner, controller and power source on a single platform, ready for use.

Yaskawa is expanding its Arcworld portfolio with the Arcworld RS Mini (pictured here) and another compact complete solution.

This means that the robot cell can be moved quickly and easily if required. The two new and most compact members of the product family to date now offer these advantages in the smallest of spaces: the Arcworld RS Mini requires just 2.3 square meters of floor space, while the Arcworld HS Micro only needs 1.4 square meters. A manually operated rotary table allows parts to be inserted while the workpieces are being machined in the cell. The cells are supplied complete with platform and housing, robot, welding package and accessories. as
