Cobot for small installation spaces
At this year's Hannover Messe, igus will be presenting digital products and solutions that help companies improve their applications and save costs.
Take low-cost automation, for example: new cobots, software and virtual parallel worlds ensure that even robotics amateurs can get started with automation in no time at all. The hardware basis is formed by the plastic robots from igus such as the new ReBeL mini, a genuine plug & play cobot at a price of just EUR 3,999, including control software and power supply unit. The robot works with 5 axes, weighs 4 kg, has a reach of 310 mm and moves loads of up to 0.5 kg.
It achieves 7 picks per minute with a repeat accuracy of +/-1 mm. The ReBeL mini is particularly suitable for use in confined spaces, for example in test automation or camera quality control, and can also be used overhead.
