Load capacity in the clean room
Fanuc has introduced the M-20iB/25C, a cleanroom-compatible robot. The white-painted robot is suitable for use in a cleanroom environment or in the 2nd food area.
It has a load capacity of 25 kilograms and a maximum reach of 1,853 millimetres. According to the manufacturer, the outstanding features of the series are its completely enclosed, slim design and high dynamics. In conjunction with the Fanuc software options, the robot can be used in all areas of automation and almost all types of applications. Despite its high protection class ISO 5, the robot is fast and ensures high throughput rates in applications.
As axes one to six of this robot model can also be equipped with food-grade lubricants, the robot can be used in a compact cell as well as in the pharmaceutical sector. Compact palletizing cells, the pre-grouping of food on a moving conveyor belt or direct packing into cartons are easy tasks. It can also be optionally equipped with IP69K protection. as
