Turn-mill center for bar diameters up to 102 mm
The NTX3000 2nd Generation turn-mill center from DMG Mori is now also designed for a larger bar diameter of 102 mm and machines components with a maximum torque of 1,194 Nm.
Other features of the turn-mill center include a work area with dimensions of 675 mm in the X-axis and +/-150 mm in the Y-axis, a footprint of 16.5 m², a main spindle with 3,000 m-1 and a direct-drive B-axis for 5-axis simultaneous machining of complex workpieces. The machine is equipped with the Celos app-based control and user interface and a 21-inch multi-touch display. Celos also functions as an IoT interface, enabling cross-company interaction in the production network.
