In many areas of industry, surface quality determines the service life and performance of components. With the superfinishing process, roughness values of less thanRa 0.05 µm can be achieved.
This ensures lower friction, less wear and optimized dimensional accuracy - decisive factors in automotive, roller bearing and drive technology, for example.

Until now, getting started with superfinishing has often been associated with high investments and complex special machines. This is precisely where the new Supfina One comes in: It is specially designed for small to medium-sized series and therefore offers an economical solution for contract manufacturers and series producers who want to achieve precision surfaces without taking up a lot of space or incurring high costs.
