Zero point clamping module from Schunk
Reduce set-up times in 3D printing
The Vero-S NSE-AM mini 78-20 zero-point clamping module from Schunk was specially designed for applications in additive manufacturing, laser sintering and laser melting, and is therefore completely sealed.
With a diameter of 78 mm and a height of 20 mm, the module is prepared for systems with active heating and a maximum operating temperature of 200 °C. It is also suitable for working in an inert gas atmosphere. It is also suitable for working in an inert gas atmosphere.
The module can be fully integrated into the machine table and combined with other modules. The pull-in force per module is 1,500 N; the actual clamping takes place via spring force and is form-fit and self-locking. Schunk also offers a version with integrated anti-rotation lock for use as a single clamping module.
