This allows users to send live videos to the company's service staff via tablet, smartphone or smart glasses and receive visual assistance and information in real time in the event of faults or maintenance work.

At the heart of the remote maintenance system is an interactive app for the above-mentioned devices. Users can send audio and video streams and Kasto employees can provide them with visual assistance such as markers displayed in the live video. All the necessary information is shown to the user directly on the display using augmented reality. In the case of smart glasses, they would also have both hands free.
