The Cerasmart Tool-Scope monitoring and control system from Ceratizit permanently records the signals generated by the cutting machine during the production process, visualizes them and provides important information for process control, machine protection and documentation.

However, the data generated during the process is only valuable to the machinist if it is analyzed, processed and made available to the user. This added value is provided by the Cerasmart Cockpit. The company wants to move further in the direction of the smart factory and offers automation solutions. With the R-C2 workpiece automation system, Ceratizit is demonstrating the link between pallet automation and direct robot loading. With the R-C2 module, the workpieces are gripped directly with the vice, which also functions as a clamping device; this makes a separate gripper superfluous.
