Based on customer drawings, the company advises on the choice of material and geometry of the parts to be manufactured. The company's customers come from sectors in which the miniaturization of tools plays a particularly important role, such as the transport, luxury goods, precision industry, food industry and biomedical technology sectors. The company will be showcasing its expertise at this year's EPHJ trade fair in Geneva.

The French company offers solutions for production environments with the highest mechanical requirements and has specialist expertise in the manufacture of tungsten carbide tools. The precision tools are manufactured as individual pieces or in small quantities and are mainly used in machine tools for metal forming.

MicroMécanique also specializes in high-precision machining with tolerances in the μm range. High-precision machining with micrometer accuracy is suitable for all types of materials - from technical plastics to very hard materials such as technical ceramics in small batches of 50 to 100 pieces. In view of increasing miniaturization and rising precision requirements, our customers regularly need micro-technical parts made of all materials. The quality of our products and our level of service are the basis for the development of our activity in France and internationally," explains Patrick Démots, Managing Director of MicroMécanique.
