Entry into digitization
Open cloud platform for production
c-Com has developed the "c-Connect" module, including the box of the same name, for companies that want to get started with digitalization.
Until now, c-Com was mainly known for digitalized tool management. Data on tools and machines is automatically transferred to the cloud via RFID chips and DNC servers. However, this system requires at least partially networked production. The company has now developed the "c-Connect" module, including a box of the same name, for companies that want to get started with digitalization.
Using the c-Connect box from c-Com, which is mounted on a machine tool and connected to it via a USB/PS2 port, machine parks can be connected to different machines. This is made possible by c-Connect's compatibility with all common control systems. In addition to tool data, the system can also be used to transmit sensor-based data such as temperature and humidity as well as machine status messages and push notifications.
