For the production of electrodes and mold inserts
Kern Microtechnik will be presenting its Micro Pro production machine, which is based on the Micro platform. The model is particularly suitable for the production of electrodes and mold inserts in price-stable market segments.
The precision machine manufacturer from Eschenlohe has designed the machine in a one-box design. This means that all units are integrated into the machine. This has a footprint of less than 4 m². It measures 2.5 m in height, 1.59 m in width and weighs just under 5.2 tons. A tool cabinet for up to 210 tools and up to 60 workpieces is also integrated. This enables unmanned multi-shift operation in the smallest of spaces without additional attachments.
