The vacuum lifting devices in the eT-Hover-loop series from vacuum specialist Eurotech are suitable for lifting and turning vacuum-tight, flat loads such as glass panes, metal sheets and wooden or plastic panels. They supplement the eT-Hover product family with the function of turning through 180 degrees.

It is not uncommon for loads to be delivered in different positions. The panels would then have to be turned by hand by at least two employees. With the eT-Hover-loop, the panels can easily be turned by 180 degrees. This saves the employees' strength, protects their backs and makes work safer. This means that even loads in different positions can be processed quickly and effectively.

The eT-Hover-loop can be operated using an ergonomically shaped operating handle. All important functions are integrated directly into the handle. Vacuum is generated by a vacuum pump with an attached non-return valve, a vacuum reservoir and two solenoid valves for controlling suction and ventilation. The blow-off device enables loads to be released quickly.

The 180-degree turn is made possible by a linear drive on the smaller devices with a maximum load capacity of up to 250 kilograms. Larger devices in the eT-Hover-loop series perform the turn using a geared motor. Some of the vacuum lifting devices in the eT-Hover-loop series can be operated temporarily without mains voltage using integrated batteries.

The basic unit of the eT-Hover-loop has a modular design so that it can be specially adapted to the customer's requirements. It can be extended up to a maximum total length of eight meters. On the models in the eT-Hover-loop series, both the crossbars and the suction plates can be moved, allowing them to be perfectly adapted to the customer's requirements.

With the eT-Hover-loop-250, flat loads of up to 250 kilograms and dimensions of up to three by two meters can be turned. The eT-Hover-loop-500 is suitable for flat loads of up to 500 kilograms. The loads can be up to 14 meters long and 1.60 meters wide. Several safety and warning devices in accordance with DIN EN 13155 ensure the necessary safety to prevent incorrect operation and hazards.
