According to the manufacturer, the Baltrol rope balancer is the premier class of individual balancers. And the Basic model is more of an all-rounder that has flexibility under control. Lifting devices from 3i Handling Technology can be individually configured from a technical point of view, are load-free for the user's back and noiseless for the operator's ears. As a result, sickness rates can be reduced and operating costs saved.

The pneumatic cable balancer Baltrol is designed for handling loads weighing up to 250 kilograms and is a newcomer to the modular 3i system. It can be equipped with customized mechanical and vacuum grippers. The combination of different payload levels, lifting paths, intuitive operating concepts and individual gripping tools gives this balancer an almost unlimited variety for productive, ergonomic and safe lifting, turning and moving. With a lifting path of up to 2,400 millimetres, this device is ideal for lifting rolls, plates, cartons, canisters, boxes, sacks, bags and barrels.

The Baltrol uses six bar of compressed air from the house system as a power source - and only for the duration of the respective work cycle. Continuously operating units or vacuum pumps are not required, the manufacturer emphasizes. The rope balancer performs each work cycle quietly to silently and waits quietly in between for its next use. The lifting device belongs to the best energy efficiency class.

Silent lifting and natural movement of objects weighing up to 50 kilograms is possible with the individual, 360-degree endlessly rotating Basic all-round rope balancer. The use of the Basic improves energy efficiency for all repetitive handling operations. The ergonomic pistol grip enables precise control and guidance; even during breaks, the Basic remains still and is immediately ready for the next application. The Basic Allround also only requires six bar of compressed air from the house system as a power source. The user can use the device with its 1,500 millimetre stroke to lift boxes, canisters, crates, sacks, bags and barrels ergonomically. Various technical features are available as standard with the Basic - such as the Auto-Start energy-saving system, the quick-change set for gripping tools, foldable hooks and the versatile selection of grippers and suction cups. pb
