Faster on the spindle
Precision, performance, speed - the patented Solid Pro quick-change system from Sauter improves the performance of driven tools. The high-precision modular interface aims to impress with high speeds and torques.
An integrated Hirth coupling ensures high repeat accuracy and self-centring with maximum rigidity. Compared to conventional change systems, set-up times at the spindle are reduced by half. A special sealing system ensures reliable internal coolant transfer. Thanks to the modular system design, the operator can clamp the tools in the adapters outside the machine tool and measure them in a defined manner. The adapter can be clamped and unclamped with one hand by loosening or tightening a single screw. An ejector function facilitates the removal of the adapter. pb
