Media-separated solenoid valve for contactless dispensing

Contactless dispensing as a dosing valve or as a control valve for continuous flow applications - both are possible with the media-separated solenoid valve VYKA from Festo. It dispenses small quantities precisely at a width of seven millimetres.

The media-separated solenoid valve VYKA from Festo can be used to precisely dispense liquids as well as control liquid flows in channel plates, so-called continuous flow applications. Users employ the liquid valve with its high power density in the laboratory. However, it is also used in the perfume and flavoring industry or for packaging contact lenses.

By using the high-performance polymers FKM and FFKM as separating diaphragms, the VYKA solenoid valve is also suitable for aggressive media. The low internal volume enables easy cleaning. In combination with the FDA-listed materials, the VYKA is ideal for highly sensitive applications. The current control ensures high reproducibility of the switching behavior. The holding current reduction of the plug-in electronics prevents the heating of even sensitive media. as
