Under the K.Lean brand, Josef Koch develops, produces and distributes 5S products for efficient workplace organization and process optimization in industry and trade.
With the Turnman models, the manufacturer offers ergonomic, mechanical 5S turning and welding manipulators for low-force all-round turning, turning and positioning of components during welding and assembly. The Turnman-Lift with hydraulic lifting function has now been added to the model range. This is the ergonomically optimized extension of the 5S welding manipulator. The Turnman is a manually operated 5S rotary turner with center of gravity adjustment. Components weighing up to 300 kilograms can be securely clamped by hand with minimal effort and rotated in multiple axes to the optimum ergonomic working position.
Workpieces can be locked in a 15-degree grid by means of a patented spring bolt. The manually operated spindle lift axis is used to adjust the center of gravity. With the Turnman lift, the user can hydraulically lift components to the desired vertical height. The resulting improved accessibility further simplifies machining and improves ergonomics at the workplace. pb
