Lifting devices

It also works simply

The vacuum lifting devices in the eT-Hover-modesty series from vacuum specialist Eurotech are suitable for lifting vacuum-tight, flat loads.

Eurotech's all-rounder eT-Hover-allround combines lifting devices that can rotate and swivel at the same time with simpler devices that can only manage one of these types of movement. Devices for the purely horizontal or vertical transportation of loads are also included. The equipment in the series is extensive. In some cases, however, only one device is needed to perform a simple movement and the extensive equipment of the eT-Hover-allround is not necessarily required. For such cases, Eurotech has created the eT-Hover-modesty product series: With these lifting devices, work can be done effectively even on a small budget.

The eT-Hover-modesty can be rotated manually or pneumatically. Pneumatic rotation is possible up to 90 degrees. If manual rotation is used, even endless rotation is possible in 90-degree increments. Thanks to this mix of options, these devices are designed to be useful helpers when loading and unloading from warehouses or processing machines, for example. All models in this series have two handles that allow them to be easily positioned and guided.

These rather simply designed vacuum lifting devices are operated entirely with compressed air. A power connection is not necessary. The vacuum is generated by an ejector. The devices therefore have a relatively low dead weight. The traverses of the devices can be telescoped so that they can be used for formats of different sizes up to 2,000 x 1,500 millimetres or 2,400 x 1,500 millimetres. Depending on the task, the number of suction cups can be flexibly extended. The type, dimensions and arrangement of the suction cups depend on the type and size of the loads to be handled. The necessary safety is ensured by several safety and warning devices in accordance with DIN EN 13155 to prevent incorrect operation and hazards. pb
