Lifting and tilting machines are the heavy-duty carriers in food production. For areas with high hygiene and cleanliness requirements, EAP Lachnit has designed the type 322 for continuous use and special height and load capacity requirements.
This lifts and empties containers of different sizes. The lifting and tipping machine is made of stainless steel with specially treated surfaces and meets the highest hygiene standards. It meets all current national and European legal requirements. Various equipment options are available to meet diverse requirements. Lifting and tilting machines are the right choice for feeding machines and production lines in order to speed up work processes and relieve employees. The robust machine is suitable for lifting and emptying containers of different sizes and has a single or double pick-up for this purpose. This means that a DIN charging trolley or a large plastic container with a capacity of up to 1,400 liters can be lifted or emptied without conversion.
The model type 322 is equipped with a chain (type 322 K) or a maintenance-free flat belt without lubrication (type 322 L). A special feature compared to a conventional stacker is that both the chain and the flat belt are installed completely enclosed in a column and therefore cannot become dirty. The load capacity or lifting capacity is up to 1,000 kilograms (optionally even more), whereby the containers can be conveyed up to a tipping height of up to 10,000 millimetres. High-quality components, such as an SEW geared brake motor with a drive power of three to four kilowatts and a lifting speed of six meters per minute, ensure smooth operation. The motor voltage and frequency can be adapted to any power supply worldwide. Type 322 has an all-round enclosed stainless steel lifting column. pb
